Overview
900 Sixteenth Street is a new office building designed by world-renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern and located at the corner of 16th Street NW & Eye Street NW, just one block north of Lafayette Square and the White House. Much of the 127,600 square-feet of office space will be occupied by eminent Washington law firm Miller & Chevalier. The 9-story building features White House views, a tenant fitness center, signature ground-floor retail and underground parking.
